How to place an order?

You can create an account with us by registering an account on our website by entering your email ID and creating a password on the signup page. Once you signup an account, you can make purchases by providing your address details (location, phone number, and email ID ). And the details you provided will be saved for your future purchases.

What are the delivery options

We provide door to door delivery all over Qatar (1-2 days) except in some places far from cities.

Is delivery free all over Qatar?

Delivery is free all over Doha for orders above QAR 60  & delivery charge of QAR 7 for below QAR 60 orders.

We have a delivery charge of  QAR 7 for all orders outside the Doha region. 

Can I make an online card payment on the website?

Currently No. But you can pay by card/cash on delivery. We will launch an online card payment soon.

What are the payment options?


Currently, we accept both card and cash on delivery

What are the details required to place an order?

The required details are 


-Delivery address  (Building no., Street no. & Zone no.)
-Contact person name and phone number
-preferred delivery time


Our delivery personnel will contact you for the location confirmation and schedule the delivery.

How do I receive the invoice for my order?

The invoices for the purchase will be sent via email & a copy of the invoice will be given while delivering the product to you.

How do I know about the newly added products?

For new product alerts and offers, you can subscribe to us or follow us on our social media pages Instagram and Facebook.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

For any order cancellation or modification to the existing order, you can either message us on email or let our team personally know when we contact you to schedule the delivery.

Return & return policy

We are always happy to accept a return subject to the return and refund policy.

Guidelines for return policy

If you wish to return a product you have purchased from us, we will replace those products with the following condition


-Items that need to be returned must be in new and unpacked condition with all original packing.

-Defective or damaged products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the consequent accessories and in the original manufacturing packing or manufacturing box.

-Some products will not be returned mentioned on the product details.

 If an item is defective, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown in the product details, we will replace the product only if you return within 2 days with proof of payment and all original labels.
